Here Is What You Can Expect
Our inspector will meet you at the property at the time you have selected. Together with the
inspector the entire house will be evaluated. Whether you are a first time buyer or an owner of many homes, MP American Home Consultants will provide a thorough and educational inspection. If you are not familiar with some of the home's systems and how they operate, our inspectors will take the time to show you and provide helpful maintenance tips.
Our inspectors are seasoned contractors who are now doing inspections. Our inspectors are state licensed and trained by both the state and our own company training course. Education
courses are required to maintain a state license.

Upon completion of your inspection, you will be given a complete review of our findings and suggestions for maintenance. Inspection time may vary depending on the size and condition of your home.
Your report will be mailed or emailed to you, the purchaser, your real estate broker and your lawyer 24 to 48 hours after completion of your inspection.
We book inspections seven days a week, but please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
